Heart of Gold PPEC nursing staff are all well experienced in pediatrics nursing and most importantly in the PPEC field. We differentiate ourselves by providing extensive training manuals and several evaluations though out their training week to educate them with the tools necessary to provide adequate skilled pediatric nursing to all our children. Our amazing nurses love working hand in hand with your child pediatrician and our facility’s Director of Nursing to ensure each child is receiving the proper care. Daily, they utilize skills that vary from the daily head to toe assessment for each child, medication administration, daily plan of care, tube feedings, respiratory care, wound care, etc. They strive to always keep the families well informed by maintaining great open communication to make the child always feel at home. Our nurses go above and beyond to provide the best care and be great advocates for our children always maintaining their overall health a priority. The love and care our nurses provide in the center truly make the children feel they are an extension to our family.
